Shipping methods

Orders are sent by the Company to the same-day transport service if the following conditions are met:

a) the product is available,

 b) the payment of the order has been completed,

 c) the order has been registered until 12:00 p.m.

d) there is no other reason for the delay (eg need to identify the customer's details due to the use of a suspicious credit card).

In case the product is not available, and there is a preparation time (which is recorded in the e-shop), the shipment to the transfer service will take place after the end of the days of order preparation.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except on holidays). (Orders placed on the system Saturday and Sunday, will pass the approval, preparation and shipping stage on Monday).

The delivery time of the orders to the customer is usually 1-2 working days from the day of dispatch to the transport service within the same city. From city to city is 1-3 working days. For areas outside the city limits of the Speedex network (inaccessible areas) delivery takes place within 3-4 working days.

Minna.gr is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure.

The delivery of the products is done:

A. WITH RECEIPT FROM THE STORE:

1. Immediately, if the purchase of the product presupposes it.

2. After the preparation time of the order, as stated in the product description.

And within the working hours of the store

B. WITH Speedex: For orders within Greece, shipping will be free, if the order exceeds the amount of one hundred (100 €) euros and the products of the order are not in Super Sale, Bazaar, or with a discount of more than 20% or in inaccessible areas. In other cases there will be a shipping charge of € 3.90 (euros). The cost of cash on delivery is € 2.50 (euro). Inaccessible areas have a shipping charge of € 7 (euros).
